10+ years of product design, the last few spent designing for an AI-agentic product.

Returned as sole product designer for both Candu and Dubot: end-to-end UX for B2B users and the AI agent product alike. Designed the AI Copilot and Selector Agent for developer-free content generation, redesigned the prompt-to-editor flow, led Chrome extension design (Recording Session), created the human-confirmation UX for AI agent actions, and migrated the design system to a tokenized framework standardizing UI across internal tools and agent surfaces. Working with just 2 engineers, no dedicated PM or researcher.

Led user-centered UX/UI design for a K–6 edtech platform, improving the learning experience through a full discovery practice: interviews, opportunity solution trees, journey mapping, and quantitative data through an ongoing partnership with a data scientist. Mentored a newly hired junior UX/UI designer.

Built the branding, design system, and UX/UI of Candu from scratch, leading a Design Thinking practice to shape product functionality from the ground up. Designed no-code onboarding and growth experiences for non-technical teams operating without developer support. The origin of the design system and product language the 2023–present Candu work still builds on.

Designed virtual assistants, chatbots, and interactive maps across multiple platforms and devices, applying end-to-end Design Thinking (concept, research, prototyping, user testing) in Agile/Scrum teams. Includes the Meliá voice assistant engagement. Spoke at Voice Summit Spain, 2019, Madrid, on virtual assistants.

Hired directly by the CEO and relocated to San Francisco for the first three months to embed with the team. Managed a creative team of 3–8 illustrators and UX/UI designers, unifying visual outcomes across digital and print. Directed UI assets, UX flows, templates, and covers for both the LettersTo platform and the physical book, leading visual concept and product strategy from ideation to production.

Managed production and led Madrid office operations. Designed a wide range of digital and print work: web, apps, games, email, banners, video, branding, UX/UI, and infographics.

Designed, produced, and printed cards, brochures, stamps, stationery, and posters, maintaining direct client contact and offering customised design solutions.

Created style guides for Jelly Jamm and Televisa, designed video game apps, and developed concepts and editorial design for Clan TV magazine. The chapter that came before product design.
