Sunet NocLook

I have been the Product Designer of this project for over a year when I was working in Emergya. The project started as a redesign of an existing product that had specific UX pain points, such as organization and information architecture issues, and the need to redesign the look and feel of the product to improve usability.

Discovery

The first phase of the project consisted of understanding the opportunities and doing user-focused research, which helped to define the main pain points to solve. We did a kick-off meeting and several exercises involving the stakeholders and interviews to target users and built a user journey with main pain points, happy moments, and opportunities to start with.

Wireframes

Based on the research, I designed lo-fi wireframes, including the main screens, and shared them with the team. After a round of iterations and user interviews, we got the designs approved by the stakeholders and started prototyping.

Screens

The project was successful and stakeholders continue working with us on the expansion of other parts of the product, including the mobile version and new sections of the platform.

Style guidelines

This product didn't have any design system or brand guidelines when it started. Part of the redesign included rethinking the look and feel to give a cohesive and clean brand.
